The Legend of Zeen

Miyos' Great Adventure

Part 1

By WIL_I_ZIN The Fire Druid

One night in a town that has no name, there lived a Kitsune named Mink. Mink was a white haired kitsune with 3 tails. She lived along with the other kitsune in a town in the woods. But she was different, she was a cursed fox. For some reason she used to have 9 tails but lost them in a strange incident. Many of the other kitsune looked down on her because of this, but she still smiled happily. One day the great Kazku Tree in the forest summoned Mink. He told her that a great evil had befallen the Kingdom of Tokyrule. He told her to go to Tokyrule Castle and seek the council of Prince Zeen. She left with a fairy named Ayamvy, who wasn't at all very appreciative of this.

"Wait a minute!", Cried Ayame "Why the heck am I the fairy?"

"Because the only other major role is the villan and that is already filled." said Keen.

Thus Mink and Ayamvy traveled to Tokyrule Castle! They traveled through the dense forest, vast plains, and crossed a small moat to arive in Tokyrule town. Mink was amazed at the sights and sounds of city life. Ayamvy was about as thrilled as a nudist in a porcupine colony. They traveled through the town and reached the edge of the castle grounds where a massive gate stood. A single guard stood watch and stared at Mink and Ayamvy as they approached.

"Hi, I'm here to see Prince Zeen." Piped Mink.

The guard held up his spear and boomed "None shall pass!"

"Are you sure you can't let me in?"

"NONE SHALL PASS!"

"Okay." Said Mink as she began to walk away.

"HOLD IT!", Yelled Ayamvy "I did not waste all this time for nothing." She floated over to the guard and said in his face. "Look Bozo, We have something to tell Zeen and your going to let us in, GOT IT!?"

The guard, slightly shocked by the percolating pixie, said "None shall pass."

"Hey, look over there!" Exclaimed Ayamvy and pointed to her right "Someone is sneaking into the castle!"

"WHAT, Hey you, none shall pa-"

*BONK*

Somehow, Ayamvy has able to knock out the guard with a giant hammer that came of of nowhere. Then Ayamvy swooped down and grabbed the guards keys. She floated back over to Mink and dropped the keys in her hands.

"Now, come on and unlock that gate" Said Ayamvy. Mink walked up to the door and fumbled with the keys and the lock.

"I don't know which one fits in the keyhole." Said Mink.

"Uh, Mink?"

"Yes?"

"Look over there" Said Ayamvy pointing to a small sign that read...

(You must have the Blue key to enter)

"Oh right!" Miyo held up the blue key and unlocked the giant gate. Mink then walked through the large arch and stepped into the courtyard of the castle. There were many trees arranged neatly and trimmed in an assortment of designs. Some guards marched around the grounds patrolling for intruders. Quietly Mink and Ayamvy snuck through the courtyard until they reached the small door that went into the royal gardens. Mink opened the door slightly and peeked inside. To her amazement, there sat Prince Zeen on a bench in the middle of the Royal Gardens. Mink dashed into the Gardens and walked right up to Prince Zeen. Zeen didn't see her at first but he eventually did notice her, due to the fact that she stood less than a foot from him.

"Hi!" Squeaked Mink.

"Uh, Hi?" Responded Zeen.

"Hey bub, are you Prince Zeen?" Questioned Ayamvy.

"Uh, yes I am." He responded.

"Oh well that's great," Said Mink "I'm Mink and this is Ayamvy. We have been traveling a great distance to come to tell you something important."

"What is it?"

"Uh, some thing.... some thing about a immense weevil, uh, and how it will bring great moon to the land or something like that..?"

"A huge Weevil will bring a giant moon to the land of Tokyrule?"

"NO!" Cried Ayamvy "Idiot. No, we came to warn you about a immense EVIL will come to the land of Tokyrule and how it will bring a great DOOM with it."

"Wow!" Exclaimed Zeen "That is terrible. I'd better consult with my royal vizier. OH Phobodorf!" Suddenly a man dressed in a dark robe appeared out of thin air.

"Yes, Master?" He asked.

"My friends here tell of a great evil that could befoul our fair kingdom. Might you have any words of advice?"

"Yes. There is only one way to counter the great evil that approaches. You must find the legendary 3 jeweled potted plants of the piforce. On each pot a symbol is inscribed that when combined shows the symbol of pi."

"Oh!" Said Mink "You mean like Apple, or Cherry, or even Pumpkin?!"

"Uh, No. Not that type of pie, it's the math kind." Said Phobodorf.

"But I like pie." Mumbled Mink.

"Anyway, Once the 3 potted plants are arranged in the "Temple of Mime" it will release a power that will save us from this great evil. And now I bid thee adieu." Then in a poof of smoke he disappeared.

"Well Mink, I guess I will leave the jewel finding up to you. I will stay here and prepare the guards." Said Zeen. "Legend has it that One is in the Ocean, One is in the Mountain, and One is in the Forest."

"Okay Zeen. I won't let you down!" Said Mink as she left the Gardens. "Goodbye!"

"Bye Mink!" Zeen hollered back.

Meanwhile high on top of one of the towers that were part of the castle stood the black cloaked figure, Phobodorf. "Yes Mink, goodbye. Bring back the jewels so that I will be able to rule Tokyrule with unlimited power! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA- ACK!" Chocked Phobodorf, as he was laughing so loud he swallowed a fly. He hacked and coughed and accidently slipped off of the tower and plummeted toward the ground. "Oh monkey biscuits." He said.

There was a silence.

Then there was a loud thud.

Then there was silence again. (but it was proceeded by a large "OUCH!")

Meanwhile Mink and Ayamvy had just reached the foot of Mount Wey Uptere. They prepared them selves for a fantastic adventure, Little did they know that things were just beginning. Except Mink, who knows little to begin with!

~

"Hey I heard that!" Said Miyo.

"Sorry." Said Keen.
