<--Main <-Fan Art The Legend of Zeen Miyos' Great Adventure Part 2 By WIL_I_ZIN The Fire Druid When we last left Mink and Ayamvy, they had just reached the foot of Mount Wey Uptere. Mt. Wey Uptere was known as the tallest mountain in the entire land of Tokyrule. It was also known as the ONLY mountain in Tokyrule. Why it was the only mountain in a land where the only climates were seasonal, desert, and the occasional ocean coastline, was a mystery that baffles even this author. But, I digress. Thus Mink and Ayamvy headed up the mountain side. When they reached the summit, they saw the legendary ruins of MOME! These ruins were said to hold the bunny-eared-bird people known as the Diontos. They were peace loving creatures, who had a talent for mooching off people. "I wonder if we'll meet any of those creatures." Queried Mink to Ayamvy. "I sure hope not." She responded "They are sly little devils that will rob us blind!" "I'm sure no one would want to take our money from us." "Money?!" Came a huge cry from all around them. Suddenly many Diontos appeared from all around screaming deals and begging for cash. "Please give me some, I need it for my brother's son's cousin's step-uncle's operation." Said one. "No! I need it to feed my children who have currently moved south for the winter." Said another. "I swear I'll pay you back!" "I won't cheat you!" "I might!" "ENOUGH!" Screamed Ayamvy "You guys have exactly 5 seconds to tell us where to find "the jeweled potted plant of the pi force" or else there's going to be a sale on Diontos-Chicken down at the Tokyrule market!" Ironically, everyone shut up at that moment. Then the crowd parted as a figure walked forward. When he got into clear view, it was the chief of the Diontos! You could tell it was the chief due to the name tag which said "Chief" on his shirt. "Why do you seek "the jeweled potted plant of the pi force"?" He asked. "A great evil will befall the land if you don't give it to us." Said Mink. "Alas, we can not give it to you because it was stolen by a evil witch know as Robayaga." "Where can we find this witch?" "She lives at the top of the ivory tower." Said one of the Diontos. He pointed toward a tall tower that reached into the clouds. Mink and Ayamvy headed over to the tower for a better look and gazed at it's height. "It'll take forever to climb all the way to the top." Said Mink. "Hey, look over there." Said Ayamvy as she pointed to a guy standing next to a large box. They walked over to him and saw a mysterious box. It was see-through and appeared to be mechanical, in fact it looked like a glass elevator! "Is this an elevator?" Mink asked the guy. "Why yes it is! And I'm it's operator, Wil T. F. D. at your service!" Said the man. "Could you take us to the top?" "Sure, that will be 10,000,000 dollapies." Wil replied. "WHAT?!" Said Mink and Ayamvy as their jaws literally hit the floor. ~ We interrupt this story to bring you yet another mind-numbing story. Many people are experiencing anime-mouth-dislocation-syndrome. This is usually brought upon a person when they are asked to fork over serious moolah. If you know anyone who has symptoms of loose jaw or chaffing of the chin due to floor scrapping, please hit them over the head repeatedly until they come to their senses. This has been another mind-numbing report. ~ "Listen bub, here's a deal for you, if you let us up, I WON"T HIT YOU IN THE HEAD REPEATEDLY WITH THIS MALLET!" Hissed Ayamvy as she pulled out her trusty mallet. "As much as I hate yielding to extortion, it seems I prefer to keep my skull intact so, ALL ABOARD!" Said Wil. So Mink and Ayamvy (And Wil) rode the elevator to the top of the tower. It took about 20 minutes and Ayamvy tried not to let her stomach get to her. When they got to the top there was the witch Robayaga waiting for them! "Well, Well, so you've come seeking The jewel yes?" Said the witch. "Yes, would you give it to us please?" Asked Mink. "No! You will only get it if beat me in combat. YARGH!" Said the witch as she raced toward Mink. "Oh no you don't!" Said Ayamvy as she used her mallet to trip the witch. Robayaga flew past Mink and went over the edge of the tower. "Oh monkey Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-" Said Robayaga as she fell downward. "Quick after her!" Said Mink. Quickly they pilled in to the elevator and it started to decent. "Can't this thing go any faster?" Said Ayamvy. "If you say so." Said Wil as he Pulled a lever. Then the ropes holding the elevator loosened, and they plummeted toward the ground faster than a sonic boom. This caused only Mink and Ayamvy to be flattened against the ceiling. As they screamed to the bottom they passed by Robayaga who was talking in her cell stone. When they neared the bottom Wil pulled the letter again and they came to a quick stop. This caused the girls to fall to the floor of the elevator with a thud. "You girls alright?" Asked Wil. "So that's what the back of my head looks like." Mumbled Mink. "I'll take that as a yes." They walked outside to see Robayaga catch up with them and she hit the ground with a loud thud! Slowly a small hand reached up from the crater that she made and it held a small gold potted plant with a ~ symbol on it's base. "Thank you!" Said Mink and she took it and held it up to the sky "Only 2 more to go!" Meanwhile in a tower not to far from where our heroes were, a cloaked man was looking at them through a crystal ball. "Yes," Phobodorf said "And I am only 2 steps away from total and absolute power! MUHAHAHAH-" "Uh, Sir?" Said a Guard as he poked his head into Phobodorf's room "Your lunch is ready." "Leave it by the door. And you didn't see anything, right?" "No sir. I didn't see you plotting for world domination and laughing like a lunatic." "Good. Now go. MUHAHAHAHAHA!" While this was happening, our heroes headed for the next jewel which was located in the lake. Who knows what dangers await them! END OF PART 2 Stay tuned for Part 3 Coming soon!
